Onda vx777

Hi everybody, I where searching a multimedia player for my mother and I found this new Onda vx777, I will buy it but looking in rbutil and in the list of supported players there isn't any Onda and I red that Onda vx747(+)777 are supported by rbutil.

The list of supported players is on www.rockbox.org.  You'll notice that no Onda players are in anything other than the unusable category) (VX747 and VX767).

Edit:  It seems that Rockbox Utility also has support for the 777 (you need to tick the box "Show disabled targets"), and that it too is in the unusable category.  I'll try to clear up why it isn't on the front page.

Edit 2: In fact, looking at http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/TargetStatus#New_Platforms_Currently_Under_De it seems that only the FTL isn't working, and it seems we don't even have read access to that.

My Onda VX777 it's arrived! But it's a VX777R version...
Can current RB run in this one?

So, I enabled the ONDA players in rbutil but it copies only the RB folder but the boot loader con't be copied.
I red the instructions but I don't understand all the passages and first of all from the link to download the original firmware I get only a .img file and not a .HFX file.
I own the Onda VX777R type, it has no volume down/up switches on the edges, it has only the on/off button, USB slot, microSD slot,mic hole, reset hole/switch and mini jack in.

It could be possible to install like VX777 with HFX file or in R version there is totally a diferent hardware?
