Solved Saying microsd1 instead of spelling it?

(1/1)

fe3o2:
Solution
woke up this morning with an idea.
1. created folder on linux box test > microsd
2. rbutil accessibility > create talk files pointed it to test folder
3. copy generated _dirname.talk file from within microsd folder on linux box to the root folder of microsdhc 16GB memory card.

original problem
Is it possible for me to get the root _dirname.talk to speak "microsd1" instead of spelling it. I'm a low vision user. I have all directories spoken on the player it's self and the microsd1. Granted, spelling still allows for me to use the interface effortlessly. It just confuses me momentarily when it spells microsd1.

rbutil 1.2.6 r25567

Thank you,

Thanks for reporting this.  Would you care to add it to the wiki?  It seems like a good item for the BlindFAQ page.

fe3o2:
Yes adding it to the wiki would be great. If someone could add it. I use onsxreen magnification and onscreen keyboard and it's a slow frustating effort to type things up.

thank you
