PayPal Donations getting blocked!!

Just saw this on TortoiseSVN, wanted to give you guys a heads up!

Looks like donation accounts may get blocked!!

Yes, PayPal sucks.  I hope donated money is being removed from the PayPal account ASAP to limit the damage if PayPal does something bad.
