Your theme probably needs to be converted due to the major skin engine syntax changes that occurred after the 3.6 release.  The skinupdater was created to update your WPS to the new syntax.  There is link to a windows version here: http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=24907.msg168423#msg168423

You can also check out the new Rockbox Theme Editor.  You can find recent versions here: http://www.alice-dsl.net/dominik.riebeling/rockbox/themeeditor/

Thank you very much!  I will look into that all.  I have been using RB for a very long time, but haven't bothered updating or anything in quite a while.  It's come a long way!  Good stuff, Good stuff!
