Having problems figuring out how to open the config browser. Does anyone even know which function opens the file browser?  ???

ETA

Or, if it isn't a function as such, there must be a variable or something (I assume), which means "you are now in the 'filebrowser' state". Basically, I just need something I can grep for, or a document giving me some idea how this works...

Anyone?

TuFur:
I hate to dig up an old thread, but it hasn't been answered yet. And the wps long push for a bookmark was lost in the move from 3.6 to 3.7. The posts here show a lack of understanding of what was in Rockbox and what has been lost.

We need a 'confuseling' menu item. If not just for those heavy thumbs that can't tell a long push from a short push.

Bookmarking has always been the step-child of the portable media players. It has been confused with resume last file and resume within multiple files such as in the cowan g series, sanza fuze and the iriver cd players.

His menu item for a wps hotkey works and should be developed further than the original long push in 3.6. His creation of one file with all the bookmarks for only that folder of files allows one to quickly make a playlist too. In the meantime I use it to listen to audiobooks. And to cover the bedtime timer off bug in the Rockbox time out shutdown without a bookmark bug.
