Sansa Fuze v1 and Rockbox 280018, white screen error when doom runs

The V2 has 1MB of eDRAM, and 8MB of regular DRAM in the package. The V1 is probably the last Sandisk player to use external DRAM chips.

Thank you I did not know that ;D. So they followed the apple trend and started having the ram built into the CPU package? Saves a lot of board space but not very modder-friendly. Looks like my v2 fuze will not be taken apart now. I've not opened up a version 2 yet (you just saved me from bothering) but you mods might want to update this page to note that the second version of the fuze has only embedded memory: http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/SansaFuze#Fuze_v2

Any person with the interest and the time can update the wiki.
sss:
;) Don't want to register on the wiki just for that. Perhaps when I have some more info to post I'll add that bit in.

That page is where I verified that theres only embedded memory. Note that theres no DRAM chip listed for the V2 and no DRAM in the picture.
