Sansa clip+ charging
« on: September 04, 2010, 01:04:13 PM »
Heyy!

This is a great software (firmware?) Thank you very much, i very like it, you made a great job with this, keep going. ::)

There is a known "bug" that the rockbox cannot connet to te pc with this player, and when i connect the usb, it is going to boot automatically the original fw. The problem is, when I want to charge the battery and i want to listen music with RB I cannot do this two thing in the same time.

Do you have a solution for this? ???
thanks!

Not a bug, USB code isn't finished. Hold select while plugging it in in RB to prevent booting into original firmware (seems to work best, or perhaps only, in the WPS).

It's all in the manual...  ;)

Edit - Also, which build are you using? It seems to me that very recent builds (as in, last few days) have stopped doing this...
