Help i think i screwed up

I deleted the rockbox directory without first removing the bootloader and now everytime i start the ipod it goes into the rockbox boot loader and it is stuck there. Also it does not get detected in itunes and my computer. Have i lost my pod?

Boot into Apple's disk mode:
