So here's what I did. Downloaded iTunes 10, updated my iPod Nano 2nd Gen, installed Rockbox.
Rockbox ran, it was as advertised, which was flaky. So I ran the uninstaller. The uninstall was successful so I ejected my iPod then unplugged. Now it is providing a "cannot load rockbox.ipod: file cannot be found", "ATA error: 1"... and yes I mean "one" not -1 as what the wiki shows as a possible error code

It has a full charge, I have tried resetting it... which just ends back at the error screen. Also have tried connecting it to multiple PCs and one Mac. Each time it doesn't even prompt for a disk drive or iTunes no matter if it is plug in play or attached with reboot. I have checked for it in the devices for any failed driver installs and nothing is even being added to the list when it is connected much less giving an error.
Any ideas?
