About the latest build...
« on: August 31, 2010, 02:53:03 AM »
Is it just me or anyone else is the same?
My iPod 5G plays mp3 files randomly choppy..
ALAC files are fine, at first I thought it was my hard disk
but it appears to be decoding problem..
I don't know what's going on,
please suggest solutions.. :-[

Can you please give a little more detail (e.g. which revision you use, with which revision this effect came in?)

bass +4   treble+6     width +120%
that's all, others are default..
Only mp3 files are like that, aac or alac didn't happen.
I tried to use official firmware to play the same song
but nothing happened.. so I assume it is rockbox' issue.

Does the failure disappear, if you do not use bass/treble/width?
Which revision of rockbox (3.6, r234567) do you use? Does the failure appear with a new revision of rockbox? If so, with which revision did it appear?

is there a reset to default button? In fact, I think the problem might be in general setting..
I'm using 3.6, r27958
I tried to reinstall it, but after updating the database
it shows *PANIC* Updating size on empty dir entry 40

P.S. Problem solved by reinstall rockbox, thanks.
