Noob query - History option in Database menu

Hi All

Been using rockbox on my gigabeat F40 for about three years now, but have never been able to figure out how to make any of the functions (most played/fave artists/forgotten favourites etc) in the History sub-menu of the Database menu work.

Each time I select one, it just brings up a blank screen. I have tried all variety of settings to make it work, but can't seem to find the right one - can anyone help?

Do you have "Gather Runtime Data" enabled?

Settings - General Settings - Database - Gather Runtime Data - Yes
