1) is there a way to have rockbox remember where it left off in a podcast?

2) is there a way to stop it from automatically playing on startup?

Both questions should be covered in the manual.

1 under Bookmarking and 2 somewhere in the General Settings.

i found the bookmarking but no pause settings.....i'll keep looking though
