Problems with Ipod 1st Gen last release

I was happy using rockbox for almost a year.
I saw this week that I wasn't using last version (r27713-100805), so I updated from rockbox utility (last release).
Unfortunately, I then couldn't reboot, I was having an error "No partition found".
So I downloaded manually and installed rockbox directly on my ipod. It rebooted hopefully, but nothing seemed to be saved : settings were initialised at every startup. When trying to create Database, it said that I need to reboot and after reboot, I had to do it again.
USB unplug doesn't seem to be detected (using Windows, using "safe unplug"), every time I unplug my USB, my ipod says "*Panic* mount:0"
I also had, irregularly but very often during playback, Panic errors (sorry I don't remember exact error, I will edit this message when I'll have it again).
Sometimes music just stops and screen comes back to the "Files" menu, and folder names are'nt correctly displayed (strange characters).

Today, I download different versions : r27759-100808 and r27749-100808.
I formatted in FAT32 to have a clean install. I installed manually this 2 versions (not at the same time !).
Still the same + playback stops. I still have the possibility to browse menus, but I can't start again playback. I have to reboot to make it work again.

I hope someone will be able to help me ! (i am putting back the backup of my old version, hoping it will work!)

Edit : still the same with my old working version?! Settings won't save ! Would it come from boot loader?
