Rockbox in Sansa C240 doesn't recognize SDHC 4GB

My memory card SDHC sandisk is in FAT32 format as required in the rockbox manual. I formatted it several times but the 3.6 rockbox version does not seem to detect my memory sandisk card!  :( I have followed the directions in the manual! System->Rockbox Info->MSD

MSD : Not present!

But the card is inside!
I'd also like to make clear that my Sansa is version 1, that's why I used rockbox for an SDHC 4GB. Without rockbox I've read that I could only use 2GB.

Please help  :-[

Multiplex:
I'm happily using an 8Gig card in my old C240 so be reassured that it is possible.

Have you got any other cards to try?

Thank you for the reply. No I only have this one card.

I finally found the solution. I changed the format of the memory card from FAT32 to FAT and the problem was solved. Still some remaining issues concerning the file transfer but overall the problem requesting solution was solved thsi way.
