Add 'Dict' files to RBUtility
SpawnHyuuga:
This is something very easy to talk about, but is it "illegal" to add a button in extras of RBU to install the files for the dictionary plugin? Maybe I missed it, but surely I can't be the only newbie unable to find the files. (I did find them after browsing the wiki, this is just a request.

The quick read I gave Wordnet's License suggests that this won't happen.
I'm no legal beagle, but, it certainly isn't GPL 2.0
Perhaps I missed something which makes this possible though.

What is "RBU"? Please follow our posting guidelines and use real words here. This includes names. (yes, I know what you're referring to). Also please use a descriptive topic. "Next update" doesn't say anything about the feature you want to propose.
In general, if we can distribute the files via our webserver I don't see a reason why Rockbox Utility shouldn't be able to install it. As we don't distribute the file I assume that there are license issues. Same applies to the midiplay plugin patchset by the way.
SpawnHyuuga:
I thought RBU was the standard abbreviation for Rockbox Utility. I only suggested for the newbies. I found the libraries by chance yesterday browsing the list of plugins.

Does anyone happen to know about the whereabouts of the compiler for the dictionary? I downloaded the files straight off the wiki and they work just fine, but I was wondering how I would go about exactly using the 3.0 libraries that are available.
