It's not that simple. The peak filters have a width that's specified by the Q. High Q implies a narrow peak and means that the gain is applied to a small range of frequencies. The actual gain applied at a given frequency depends on how the various filters add at that frequency.
I have previously thought that it would be a nice thing to have some visualization of the actual gain profile based on center frequency, Q and gain for each band. This would give you a continuous line plotting gain as a function of frequency.
