problems with H10 touchpad

I just formatted my h10 20gb and then reinstalled rockbox. However, now the touchpad is going crazy. It just moves up, very quickly and doesn't stop, unless I hold it in place. When I boot up the original Iriver firmware, the touchpad works fine but in rockbox it doesn't work. I never had a problem like this before. The battery life is acceptable, it's fully charged. I don't have any reason to believe that there is something wrong internally. For some reason, now that I've redone the rockbox, the touchpad just doesn't work. I wish I hadn't reinstalled now.

Any ideas?

I made some instructions (from the manual+ on the web) when I was getting Rockbox on mine, might be worth trying:

1.Extract Rock box to Root Folder, you should have a .rockbox folder. Done

2.RENAME The original  H10EMP.mi4 file in system to OF.mi4 (disables it I Suppose)

3. Just shove this H10EMP.mi4 (Rockbox Bootloader)  in Iriver System folder and ensure that hidden files is off in system folder.
IF needed to revert back just delete Rockbox Folder and put the ORIGINAL BACKUP .mi4
File Back in System.

Only thing is I can't remember where I got the H10EMP.mi4 file from, it was from someone's site on the net.
 I think it was tweaked or something. Maybe a search will find it.

It was a bit of a rite of passage getting beyond that "system files missing, please surrender your H10 to IRiver for examination and disposal" message, and now it works I just leave the bugger alone and just overwrite the Rockbox folder for updates.
