Chronon:
Changing back to the default theme seems to cause Rockbox to buffer the expected track and make playback conform to the playlist as viewed from the context screen.

Thank you, gevaerts.  I should have done a more careful search.

Just wanted to add that I noticed this with the Terminal theme, and continued to see it with Unicatcher.
