The ##MUSIC# directory is used by the OF when in MTP mode.  While connected to the computer with the OF in MSC mode, files stored in MTP mode and not visible. Likewise, when in MTP mode, files stored in MSC mode are not visible.

When booted up in Rockbox, files in both locations are visible and could result in duplicates if the same file was stored using both modes.

Yes.  Now I remember how I got the files loaded, I used the transfer function of Amarok.  I just verified the operation.  I won't do that again.  The current build (r27538-100724) restored the ## directories to the Files menu so I can remove them.

Great job on fixing the FM presets.
