Rockboy Advance: Where do I start?
« on: July 19, 2010, 03:56:51 PM »
I am willing to at least try and improve rockboy. While I may (and most likely will) fail miserably, It's worth a try, right? Where exactly can I start? Getting the source?

You're probably thinking, "Typical noob thinking he can do something just like that". Well you're right. I honestly don't know how hard it is to do something like this. Perhaps I can start with small things, and then slowly get better?

I would start with finding a gameboy advance emulator under GPL compatible license, compiling it for PC, and go from there.  But yes, you'll also want to check out the rockbox source and look at the plugin.h files.
