How do I install new Plug-ins ?

I looked for new Plug ins for my iPod nano 2g but some Plug ins can't be downloaded instead a textfile is opened. How can I make a Plug in out of the text File? Do I insert it in Notepad and change the file ending??? If Yes which file ending?
Sry I can't programm,or such but I'm not a complete Noob :D

Plugins come with rockbox, and are built as a part of it. You cannot download them separately.

Thats source code which, if you were a programmer, you could develop into a working plugin for your player. But you're not, so don't worry about it.
