H340 LCD driver

My H340 got LCD problem recently.

Problem is when I boot in RB, it show normally and everything is fine. But after couple of mins, I turn on the display to check the playlist, the color (pixel) is messed up.

So I am thinking of maybe is the ic or controller got problem. The LCD itself should be OK otherwise it could display nothing or massed color at the very beginning.

I check the PCB (back side), found the IC that marked 'A84C' - U16 printed right beside the ic. Does anyone know whether I can fix this problem by replace some ic? Or anybody know about 'A84C'

I think that there have been some odd reports of timing issues with some H300s - try a bit of searching round here - I think that some folk have fixed it by slowing sown the communications with the LCD controller... Or my memory may be scrambled - it's been a bad week...

Hey guys, I found the thread that related to the timing issue. But I got problem with the programming or coding.

Question: How can I update the value in system.c, I can't find this file in .rockbox folder.

EDIT:
It is determined that it was hardware issue 'cause when I tried switchting to OF, the LCD messed up all the same.

EDIT2:
I've sent the DAP to Iriver Tech Support. It will be returned once the LCD problem is fixed. Seems lucky 'cause Iriver still has the components and provide the services for H300&H100.
