sansa fuze can't open after install rock box

sansa fuze can't open after install rock box

when push open button that display logo lock box
and shoe

" loading firmware
file not found "

after then device is close
and i connect usb to notebook can't see device too.

please tell me how to fix its... please please please ...

That means the bootloader is installed, but not Rockbox.

Turn off the player, plug in USB, and then copy a .rockbox folder to the root of the player.

Turn it off, plug it into USB and it should work.

when i plug device into usb its show screen logo lock box  then its close (black screen) ... not work ..

please help me .. to fix its. how to fix its?
