Sansa Fuze V2 - Help after format, maybe brick?

I was dumb and formated via stock firmware after installing Rockbox(which was working fine). The bootloader was not sure what firmware to load, and it would just turn off. USB and such didnt help, but eventually I tried enough key combinations that one loaded the Stock firmware.

I figured it wasn't bricked due to the bootloader being installed properly, but as I am new to messing with MP3 players I was not sure. Thanks to those that offered advice.

Plug in USB and it should boot into USB mode.  Then reinstall rockbox.

Plugging into USB alone didnt work. I had to hold middle button/home and turn it on and it worked... Thanks for a reply though
