How to play all songs on e200r with microsd card

I hope I did not miss this answer but I'm frustrated after hours of troubleshooting / downloading installing etc etc etc
I have a sansa e260r and with rockbox installed I can access my 8 gig sd card!!! SWEET!  However I can't seem to make it play *both* the music in the player as well as the micro sd card.  (as in one large 12 gig randomized jukeboxed bunch of tunes) I simply want to use this unit as my "radio" for my 47 Buick - get in - press the power button and have the sansa ontinue where it left off.  So far the sansa radio does not work but I don't care because with my sansa I *should* have over 2000 songs that I can play with the unit set to shuffle without repeat...I can play the internal songs *or* the micro SD songs so far....it sure would be great to put them both together:)
Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance!
Super huge kudos to all the folks that have made rockbox happen so we are not stuck with the wonderful "raptsody" stuph...

You can either play all tracks from the database or create a playlist containing all tracks.

Well, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.  I tried making a playlist with all 2000 plus tracks and maybe auto saving the file?  Not sure here.  Do I have to name it or will it work with the default file name???  The playlist only goes up to 600 plus which appears to include a few on the MicroSD card tunes, but the database sees 2000 plus.  Sorry for not being able to put this all together, and thanks Very much for the help.  When I get this to work it will be Super!

If you're just after a shuffled playlist that you can play then you could just do a long Select on Artist in the database to bring up the context menu and choose "Insert Shuffled".  You can then manually save this playlist.

Make sure your database is up to date to ensure that the playlist contains all of the files.

Well, I can't thank you enough!  I now have a list of 2293 songs - I see that they are listed 1,2,3 etc. and shuffled!  Is that automatically re-shuffled if I start the playlist over?  This totally ROCKS!  I'm going to take my newly renovated / more restored 1947 Buick (very long involved project car that is coming together nicely after TONS of work) on a road trip for several hours tomorrow and I'll be thinking of you as I'm enjoying my new RockBox playlisted sansa!
