Sansa e260 Micro SDHC Card Troubles

(1/1)

Lilmszen:
I wasn't sure if this belonged here because I was using Rockbox to read the 8GB SanDisk card or on the actual SanDisk site but here goes. I downloaded Rockbox to my Sansa e260 v1 mp3 player and didn't have a problem with it reading the songs I synced to the memory card but after I tried to put other songs on it stopped reading them. I've tried syncing through WMP and directly dragging and dropping them into the music file on the card but Rockbox doesn't see the songs. It recognizes the names of the artists and the albums but not the songs. Please tell me if this is a problem with my card or if I'm doing something wrong.

Thank you.

This sounds like your files aren't tagged proplerly which would have nothing to do with the card.

yapper:
Use a tagging tool to ensure your files are correctly tagged:
http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/UsefulTools#MP3_Tagging_Organization

mp3tag is a good free one if you are using Windows
