no sound at all when audio playback in rockbox firmware in my sansa clip+

Sorry , I am just a newbie.I just rockboxed my sansa clip+ a few days ago and I am currently using rockbox version r26979, I am confused when I want to play songs, there was no sound at all,I already crank up the volume until the max (6db) there was still no sound at all.............can you guys help me please ?????????thank you for answering.....................
