power management
« on: January 31, 2006, 04:38:41 AM »
I was wondering how you are gonna implement power management for ipods ?
I mean, for reading the battery status....

I saw ipodlinux uses the linux-kernel apm stuff, which pretty much gives you everything you need to know about your battery.

Are you going to implement that code (linux-apm), or rather something from scratch ?
