Sansa fuze v2 help

I have a sansa fuze firmware "V02.03.31A" Am I able to put rockbox on that? if so, how do I do it? because everytime i try it shows the "update in progress" on the screen but just goes back to the original screen. Someone please help me.

Some newer players won't patch with rockbox for whatever reason (theres a brief note on the SansaAMS wiki page).  Try going back to an older version, before V02.03.29.  If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to wait for someone to figure out whats different about some players.
