Fuze v1 scroll wheel won't work with RockBox

I have a Sansa Fuze v1 with firmware 01.02.31A
I am using RocketBox 3.6, at first it use to work but the wheel had to be turned alot before it moved one space, now it's just not working at all. Also, the scroll wheel works perfectly fine in the OF.

With fresh format and reinstall of RockBox, the scroll wheel works, but only barely.
