cannot install rockbox

First when I open the Rockbox Utility says "Downloading build information, please wait...." and frezzes in that process and the following error appears:
Network error
Can't get version information.
Network error: HTTP request failed. Please check your network and proxy settings. (this is strange because I have Internet).
when connect usb cable to computer it says: "Sandisk Sansa e200v1 series (Unknown) at X:\.
In Quick Start no option of installation appears. No further intallation process can be done....
I've tried to install in all the possible ways and previous releases but is workless...

As the dialog says: Rockbox Utility can't get the version information it tries to download. These version informations are required for it to operate correctly. Please verify your network settings -- do you need a proxy, is you network actually working, and if that still doesn't work please post the system trace (Help / Troubleshooting / System Trace).

How hard can it be? Why on earth does this dialog have a "save" button? I do not want any screenshots. I *know* how the application looks like because I develop it. I want the text output.
It looks like you are in a proxied environment and are hitting the issue described in FS#11163. Please try a svn build of Rockbox Utility (see my signature for a link)
