how do i put my sansa e200r to its orignial firmware

I deleted the rockbox folder thinking it would put it back to the original firmware which was a mistake because now when I open it it says its loading the rockbox firmware but it cannot be found and then it says its loading the original one and cant be found.
It wont even connect to the computer unless I put it in recovery mode. I just want my Sansa to be in its original firmware.

The Rhapsody models don't seem to have very good uninstall instructions, unfortunately.  It seems that these pages:
http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/SansaE200RInstallationFromLinux
http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/SansaE200RInstallationFromWindows
both could use a section about uninstalling.

Basically, we just need to move the OF.mi4 from the "system" directory to the root of the player and rename it to pp5022.mi4, right?  Is there a compelling need to tell people to go back to Manufacturing mode to install an unpatched bootloader?

changed some awkward grammar
