How to save an equalizer preset?
« on: May 30, 2010, 11:20:11 PM »
I'm confused of what key to press, I know this may be stupid, but, when I try to save an equalizer preset, I can't save it, if I press the volume key it moves me backwards or forwards on the filename, if I press on/off it cancells my preset save if I press home, it deletes a letter.

please help me

The manual should have information.  Look for a key map for the virtual keyboard.

You should generally report what player you are using and what version/revision of Rockbox, otherwise it's difficult to provide help.

At least on my Clip, Select + Play seems to accept the current text from the virtual keyboard.

I use the "home" button, hold it while saving a configuration file or whatever that is a preset. I think the way to do it differs on both clips. Thanks

Yes, key maps can differ between the two models.
