Deleted Directories Keep Coming Back

I keep deleting the directories with ## around them and they keep coming back.  How do I really delete them?

They are created by the Sansa firmware, and everytime you boot the Sansa firmware it will recreate them.  I think you can mark some of them hidden and they will stay that way, but it doesn't work for all of them.
