Update to Klean03 (176x220) - for FMS and more changes

Attached is an update to the Klean03 theme for

I have done a number of changes, some of which are listed below.  Highlights below.  For a number of reasons, I can not post this to the theme site.  Anybody is welcome to do so - or to make any changes.  The entire theme is wholly based on the Klean03 them with any other modifications done by me, and I am not reserving any rights to them (so there are no copyright/ownership issues).  I would welcome any feedback (but not committing that I will incorporate any feedback received).

Some of the changes include
* All of the shared area of the theme is dictated by the SBS.  The WPS and FMS only dictate what displays within the custom ui viewport.  Thus a change to something in the common area (ie the battery information, that change goes to the entire theme
* Lots of comments throughout
* FMS Screen
* Change to the progress bar (thin line of a different color)
* Status area (between two bottom lines) is dependent on screen, what the dap is doing and if there is album art
* Sleep time countdown (if active)
* Alternating trck/artest/composer information in wps
* Other fixes and minor mods

Great rework on my original Klean3 theme!  :D
It makes more sense now to show radio info instead of just the music player in the main menu screen.  ;)
