Call for help.. someone who knows php.. themsite addition

Hey,
Soon after 3.6 is released we are changing the WPS skin format, to make that easier for users I want to tack a site onto the theme site
which can run a uploaded zip through a modified version of checkwps which will dump the skin in the new format..

So, what we need is someone with some time and php skill to modify the current theme site (http://svn.rockbox.org/viewvc.cgi/themes.rockbox.org/), add a new page which lets the user upload a theme zip file, say which display size it is for, then the script needs to unzip it, run each .wps, .fms, .sbs, .rwps, .rfms and .rsbs through checkwps ( a compiled program hiding on the server), collect the outputs and show the user the new versions...
A nice addition would be to have it run each of those through each checkwps for the display size ( a few targets have the same size lcd but diffferent set of legal tags) and give the user the option to choose which converted more fully....
