I see exactly the same on a functioning c200. I think your best bet is to try to repair your Hold switch. I've never opened my c200's, but there is a tutorial on YouTube that shows how to open a c200: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeOa35_XSVI

Do you have a microSDHC plugged while trying to start the OF?
I saw loading the OF hang exactly like that on my c200 because the OF can't read those cards - and you forget easily when using Rockbox all the time....

Yeah, it's microSDHC but it taking it out won't make any changes. It stucks in that screen.
I just opened it out and "fixed" hold button temporarily.
I'll notice you what happens..
Thanks a lot guys!

Ok, I tried entering Recovery Mode.
Now I see the 16MB partition.
Screen says
--- Code: ---LUN0 locked
--- End code ---
But partition is unwritable. Just tried using
--- Code: ---cp firmware.mi4 /media/blahblahblah
--- End code ---
and using Nautilus too.
The file copies instantly, no transfer progress bar, cp command runs instantly (without errors).
When I reboot the system, nothing happens, and the 16MB partition remains untouched, it only has VERSION.TXT.
What I'm doing wrong?
sr00t:
When I finish doing the cp command to copy the firmware.mi4 file, and I take out the USB cable, the screen says its copying the new firmware, and it reboots.
When I reboot it,it says "Invalid Image".
I downloaded the firmware.mi4 file from http://daniel.haxx.se/sansa/mi4.html
What I'm doing wrong?
Chronon:
Try formatting with Recovery Mode, according to the instructions I linked to previously.
