Exact options for working video playback in iPod Nano 2G

What are the exact video options for video playback in iPod Nano 2G? I use WinFF. I find all the information in the wiki article scattered all over the place and very hard to put together and if I do, I still get "unsupported format" and everything. So if someone could tell me the audio options, video options and exact dimensions and everything, I would be grateful.
