sansa e250v2 won't turn on

Hello, a friend of mine has a sansa e250v2 with rockbox and he has got a problem. He says he was looking for radio stations and the player suddenly turned off, and now, it doesn't turn on, even when he plugs it into the pc.

Do you know if there is something he can do to fix it? Or is it likely to be dead? He got it from ebay less than two weeks ago...

The player might just be crashed.

Try pressing power button for 10 seconds or removing the battery to make sure it's off, then turn it on again.
