direct excute a plugin in root_menu, is it possible?

is it possible to add an item in root menu that can direct excute a plugin?

Short answer: Nope.

Longer answer, Rockbox has the ability to automatically execute a plugin file if you recompile the source code with this feature  turned on.

Note, mc2739's answer allows you to get Rockbox to execute a plugin *once* upon start up automatically. It doesn't add it as an entry to the menu.
