The c200 v2 is listed as unusable right now as far as Rockbox is concerned. You should only be messing around with it if you are actively developing for it and know what you are doing.
Also, I am having a lot of trouble understanding your posts. It seems the method you are using to provide translations isn't working very well.
My best guess at what you're saying is this:
The player suffered a crash. In order to power it down you removed the battery. Now, when connected to your computer, the partition appears as RAW. Windows won't format the partition. You have a different result with Linux, but I'm not sure what that is or what you tried. Some DOS utilities also have problems with this partition.
Your next post appears to say:
You have another c240 and you want to write the contents of its internal memory to the unit with the RAW partition.
Is that right?
