Rockbox manual in txt format.

One of the problems with the Rockbox manual is that it can't be read within Rockbox, and there have been many times I needed to refer to it.  A txt version would make this possible.

I've tried online pdf to txt convertors but the results are unsatisfactory.

You can convert the html manual to txt format without major problems. In fact, the build system for the manual can do this for you. Just run "make manual-txt". You need a build environment, latex, htlatex, and links installed for this to work.
