SVN connection problem

Anybody else having trouble checking out SVN? Not really an issue for me since I've got naught to contribute, but TortoiseSVN is reporting the "connected host has failed to respond."

Has it previously worked from your location?

Some firewalls/proxies, especially at people's workplaces, block the ports that subversion uses.

Yep, I've been checking out fine earlier from the same place. In fact, I just did a successful update 20 min ago, but cannot do so again when I tried just now.

This is the exact error; looks like a timeout...
