Ipod Video 5.5g and Logitech LIC-iREC0

I've been trying to get my Logitech LIC-iREC0 to work with Rockbox, but have had no luck with changing settings up. I was wondering if anyone has tested this mic and gotten it to record; any input would be appreciated!  Thanks.

Recording should in theory work on ipod video using an external mic amplifier device. Have you turned on the accessory power setting?

Yeah. I've tried it with that both on/off. Also tried both microphone/line in as options. The result is always recording files with no sound.
