Azure theme now available for iPod Video and Cowon D2

Following a request from Strife89 I ported Azure to 320x240 (namely iPod Video  and Cowon D2)

Major changes include the use of multifont and the inclusion of song title/artist in the multi-display area below the progress bar pushing the time display below it.

And here are the touchscreen areas for Cowon D2 (in absolute point mode)



I was only able to test against the latest simulators for iPod Video and Cowon D2 since I don't own any of these two players so feedback on issues/bugs/glitches etc. on the actual players is much appreciated.
