line selector length

Is it possible to set the line selector length in the configuration file? Searched the question on this and another site. Searched through Google as well.

The bar selector will automatically span from the beginning of the menu entry to the right (or left in cases of RTL text) side of the viewport. This is not configurable.

Yotto:
Though it's important to note that the sides of your viewport ARE configurable so you can - if indirectly - specify where the bar begins and ends.
