Use the installer, it's simpler

Looks like you don't have your device configured. Click on that change button.

Why don't you configure it via the configuration dialog first? Without knowing about your configuration it can't work at all.

The installer does not work.

With such a problem description I assume you don't want get helped, right? Seriously, if you want help describe what't happening and what you're expecting. People are usually not keen on guessing. We even have some functionality to help troubleshooting, located in the Help / Troubleshooting menu (surprising name, isn't it?). If you want help post the output you find in that dialogs.

I followed your instructions but need some help.
So you mean you configured the device via the File-menu -> Configure, and you went through the Troubleshooting listed in the help menu? Because the pictures you posted do not suggest you did. And if you did, you seem to take great esteem in our guessing abilities, because you do not give us any hints that you would have gathered with that.
In all, are you sure this is a fuze v1? Please verify through sansa firmware in the info section of the systemsettings menu.

From the screenshots i can guess that Rockbox Utility cant get online on your PC. It needs Internet access to download the neccessary parts. If you are behind a proxy, go into the configuration dialog and configure the proxy correctly.

Also please follow what other people suggested. Post a link to a pastebin of install log and/or the contents of the Help->Troubleshoot->Systemtrace window after you got your problem.
