Torx 5 I think, but check misticriver.net where there are full disassembly instructions.

The H100 series uses Torx, I think that the H300 uses standard Pozidrive - 0 or 00 size but as AlexP says Mistic river is the place to go... Oh, you're already there :-)

Depending of whether you bought an iRiver battery or an iPod one CHECK THE POLARITY on the connector!

Hi,yeah its definately not a torx, but it is a posidrive type but just wasnt sure what size.Ive been told on misticriver that its the same size as the outer case screws but i managed to get these off but couldnt seem to remove the screws on the motherboard.Thought it must be a slightly different size screw head, but maybe they were just in tighter :)

Pozidrive 00 is right for the external ones - my memory is that I used the same driver for the board. They are probably thread-locked, but don't keep at it unless you have a good driver that is a good snug fit - you'll just round them off.

Yeah thanks.I guess they were tighter than the outer case ones so i gave it up as a bad job as the screwdriver i had wasnt the best.Looking at buying a better set so i can do the job properly(hopefully!!) ;D
