According to that link, the patch only works on an Iriver H1xx player.  You said you had an Ipod.  This seems like it could pose a problem.

i have a problem with my ipod nano and the problem is that the indicator of battery indicate always that the battery is empty even if it's  fully charged so this dont allow me to use rockbox because it think that the battery is empty but it's fully charged so the ipod sut down telling me that i must charge it. So what i want is a solution allowing me to use rockbox even if the battery is in low level of charge!!

Recalibration only makes sense if you think the battery works.  Is there any reason you think the battery works?

So basically, your problem is that you have an ipod with a broken battery read out?  Next time just say that.

Theres no way to work around that problem without editing the source code.  I guess you could try changing the low battery voltage or defining NO_LOW_BATTERY_SHUTDOWN, but I'm not even sure if thats enough to fix it.

Seriously, stop posting the same question in multiple places in the forums - you won't achieve what you want, and you WILL piss people off.

And please use real words, not things like "u" and "ur".  You agreed to this when you signed up.

Give this page a read to see what's involved in building from source.
