wrong album art with Spartanblack on H320

I'm having a probelm with the display lagging behind the change of track.   The display often, but not always, has the album art from the last track that was displayed with the backlight on.  The text album information is correct.  If I go into the menus and back to the WPS, or switch hold on and off it is corrected.  I think its just when coming out of having the backlight off, but I'm not sure.  Since the backlight tends to go off before a track ends, most times the backlight is off before I look at the display.

I had a similar problem with the Cabbie (V2 I think, but I'm not sure) but with that theme it was the Album Art that was right and the track info that was wrong.

Anyone have the same problem?  Any suggestions?

I have v3.5.1 but this problem was there before, I think v3.4 but I'm not sure.

There have been several issues reported with WPS lag on theH300,  particularly in relation to backlight - maybe it is related?
